  • Main saw motor - a powerful 7.5 kW motor is already used as standard. For even greater productivity, the LINEA 6015 can be optionally equipped with a powerful 11 kW motor.
  • Saw blade output - max. 68 mm for individual and stack cuts
  • Saw carriage - The saw carriage, guided along linear guides, with a main saw blade with a diameter of 300 mm moves without vibration, guaranteeing perfect precision and excellent sawing results.
  • Groove depth adjustment - manual stepless groove depth adjustment in the range of 0-25 mm, the location and dimensions of the grooves are programmed in the control and optimization system.
  • Fast-Cut-Mode (FCM) Bi-Directional Groove Program - Ensures minimum grooving cycle times. In this case, the groove is cut even when the saw carriage reverses.
  • Automatic cutting length limitation - recognition of the end of the workpiece using non-contact optical sensors. There are no unnecessary movements of the saw carriage, which is especially important for manual cutting.
  • Optimized automatic cut length control - the saw carriage is controlled by an optimization system. Preliminary positioning of the saw carriage under the slab, calculation of the beginning and end of the cut, movements without cuts are performed at maximum speed.
  • Scoring Saw – The powerful 2.2 kW scoring saw motor cuts even hard materials such as high pressure laminate without any problems. The software controls the machine to set up the scoring saw blade. Height and horizontal adjustment is done manually while the tool is running. This allows you to simply and accurately adjust the scoring saw in the shortest time and with minimal effort.
