Jaw Crusher with Hydraulic

The ST-01BB mobile jaw crusher with a unique hydraulic release mechanism (HRM) is specially designed for the harsh environment in steel mills, easy access for maintenance and optimized for transportation.

Principle of operation
Hydraulic release cylinders take all the load and react to the ingress of iron.
When a non-crushable object, such as iron chips, enters the crusher chamber, the set pressure (adjustable from 30 to 80 bar) in the exhaust cylinders is exceeded, and the cheeks open automatically. After passing the object, the pressure drops and the crusher immediately returns to the original CSS settings.

Advantages of the hydraulic release mechanism
Even with minimal gap adjustment, this jaw crusher is immune to foreign metal, excavator teeth, hammer heads, etc.
The maximum jaw opening for non-crushable materials is 1100 x 400 mm.

Benefits of the Trust Enhancement Switch
Due to the upper location of the lever plate, the movement is in the form of a figure eight. The material is therefore aggressively pushed down into the crushing zone. This movement achieves a higher reduction and yield of material with a better cubic shape than conventional downward flow jaw crushers. In the future, iron is better separated from the slag.

  • The engine housing is sound and weatherproof. All service components are easily accessible.
  • A central adjustable hydraulic pump flanged to the engine feeds all systems.
  • The crusher is driven by a hydrostatic drive and is therefore infinitely adjustable.
  • Thanks to the hydrostatic drive, the jaw crusher can be turned over in the event of a blockage for easier unlocking.
